What is Daid?

Daid is an Engineering outfit that devotes her energy and know-how towards satisfying the  technical needs of our industries.
2 What are Daid's core functions?
Daid 's core functions are:-
a. Supply /Distribution of genuine Mechanical Power Transmission products and industrial spare parts.
b. Manufacture /Fabrication of industrial equipment such as conveyor system of various types and categories.
3 Are there capabilities for other industrial equipment manufacture?
Yes, we produce hammer mills, cyclones. Vessels, Blowers, Motorized Premises gates, e.t.c.
4 What kind of after-sales service do you provide?
  We transport, erect, commission, monitor performance, repairs and maintain  equipment for our clients.
5 Do you manage production systems for organizations? 
No, we do not manage production systems. We do however manage supporting plant items: pumps (water and vacuum), boilers, compressors, generating sets water treatment plants, and effluents, e.t.c.

7 Do you procure equipments from oversea on behalf of your clients?
  Of course, we procure industrial equipment of standard specifications or custom built to clients' specification such request come in various categories; complete ready -to- use or units of the specified equipment. Just ask our sales team or send your enquiries.
8 How do I receive quotations for order enquiries?
Quotations can be received from us rarely by telephone because of the inherent disadvantages of such medium of communication vis-à-vis highly technical issues. We prefer clients request in three other channels (i) Type-written and comprehensive specs (ii) Reference to any of our standard catalogues stating code and other relevant info clearly.(iii) Direct visit to our offices/outlets to discuss requirements) Moreover we prefer and therefore honour our written quotations that are still within the validity period,
9 How long does it take before my order is delivered?
  We have a large stock for immediate delivery. Non stock or special requirements can be imported and short deliveries are often available.
10 Do I pay any fee for installation of equipments I purchase from you?
Ask about our installation service which is very competitive.
11 How long does it take between when I submit a service request form and when your project team gets in touch?
That depends on the seriousness and urgency such services demand. We give room for very prompt responses.  Further more, our service request form has options of  how soon you want us to visit you. The options you pick determine the time of response. See this options
12 Do you have a money-back guarantee in place?
  We do have a money-back guarantee in place but we are happy to report that we never had need to apply it.
13 Can you manage farm land equipments apart from building them?
The farm land equipment we manage are where conveyor systems are available: Belt conveyors. Bucket Elevators, Screw Conveyors, Hammer Mills, Silos, Cyclones, etc.
14 Do you offer a retainership kind of service?
We offer retainership services in different categories like; call-ups, stay-on, and periodic.
15 If you offer retainership service, what are the procedures for engaging your firm?
Like we stated in ' 14' above, procedure are different from category to category. But generally agreement(s) are drawn, understood and operated by both parties. They are never a "Straight jacket' issues.
