the CC100 TQM (Total Quality Management) which serves as a
guideline to the improvement of processes and Systems.
DAID Nigeria is
committed to improving the state of business quality . This we
have consistently improved upon by investing in the quality

problems which are usually more expensive to correct than when
it is avoided is eliminated.

includes the creation of processes and products with a
substantial margin for absorbing error. Increasingly, quality of
design includes the ability to incorporate information from
sources and databases about customer preferences, products offered
by competition, external factors, etc
